My clients come to me with one main problem: they have amazing ideas but the vision is so large that they feel overwhelmed. The overwhelm causes them to not take action at all. Leaving them dissatisfied with the progress they have made.
I help clients overcome the overwhelm by breaking down the vision into smaller, achievable steps. Then we identify the next best step and focus on that step only. Over time, the small steps create a life you love.

How old were you when you came out? 16? 21? 30? Later? Our community spends a large chunk of the beginning of our lives believing that we are different, we don’t fit in, or we don’t belong. Then we come to terms with our sexuality and spend the next part of our lives unlearning what we were conditioned to learn in the first 16, 21, 30+ years of our lives.
The impact? We feel “behind in life” and need to catch up. We struggle with differentiating between incorrect pre-conditioned learnings and identifying our authentic selves.
